Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.


Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volume.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or orders above a certain amount.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

If the order is not confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your shipment through the courier company's website.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing the order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability at delivery time


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
